ORDERING
Order minimum: $250
Please contact us for all wholesale orders. Payment must be made by via invoice by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) or PayPal. Our candles are made to order and orders will be processed once payment has been received.

LEAD TIME
All wholesale orders will ship within 3 weeks. Need your order sooner? A rush fee of 15% of the total order price will be applied.
SAMPLES
Located in or near Ventura, CA? Please reach out to schedule a time to to pick up samples. We are also happy to send you samples, please contact us for more information.
SHIPPING
Free pick up is available in Ventura, CA. For all other orders, shipping charges will be calculated depending on the order quantity. We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. Hot Mess Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

In an exclusive brand collaboration with Rowan Boutique, we created a custom scent + label called the Rowan Babe, with notes of coconut, banana and elderberry that when combined transports you summer days on the beach. These are available at their Ventura Pierpont and Padaro Beach locations as well as online.
Marra Creative Studio
A custom collaboration with Marra Creative Studio, inspired by her travels to Marrakech, we created an exclusive candle scent inspired to evoke peace, warmth, happy + connection. It was a fun opportunity to create an extension of the brand into a unique, one-of-a-kind gift.
