Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer local pickup in the Midtown area of Ventura, CA. At checkout, you will have the option to select "Local Pickup" as a delivery option. Once your order has been placed, we will email you with information regarding when and where your order can be picked up.

What is your return / exchange policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your item(s) for any reason, please contact us directly for more information on returns/exchanges.

How can I smell your candles before purchasing?

Great question! While we do our best to describe the scent of each candle on our website, a selection of our candles are available at local retailers where you may see and smell them in person.

Do you offer candle donations for charity?

Please contact us with more information regarding your donation request. While we wish we could contribute to every charity, unfortunately that's just not possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping but hope to in the future. Stay tuned!

What is the life span of your candles?

We suggest burning your candle within one year of the purchase date.

Average burn times for our 22oz candle is 110 hrs.
